Business Leaders 2014

Successful business leaders recognise and stimulate greatness within their workforce

This is an article that is in full copied from the Business Leaders Malta website. The reason why I decided to post it here today, is the fact that for the second year in a role Brown’s Pharma Limtied has become a Business Leader in its category.

The awards are given after an Annual Employee Research conducted by Business Leaders Malta.  “Business Leaders Malta’s Employee Research is a tool that provides key decision makers with actionable information that is crucial in the strategic design of an organisation’s yearly HR roadmap.  It is designed to examine the successes and shortcomings of human capital management strategies.  The survey explores 7 domains that represent the core aspects of an organisation’s human capital management structure and benchmarks the results across different industries in the local market. The benchmark report clusters organisations in three categories defined by company size.  The highest scoring organisation in each category are rewarded with a Business Leaders Malta Award.” (BLM)

“Healthy organisations are defined by highly engaged employees. Such employees do not only like to work in the organisation but are also proud to do so.  Employee participation and engagement is at the top of the agenda for successful business leaders mostly because it is recognised that much of the knowledge required for a business to be competitive is actually inside the employees’ minds. Thus, Human Resources Management takes on a key role in the strategic development of an organisation.” (BLM)

The reason for Brown’s past and current success is the great Brown’s Team (or how we like to call ourselves – the Brownies).

Brown’s provides opportunities for growth, personal development, and job satisfaction to all Brownies, and in return, every team member takes responsibility for improving the company by contributing to its growth.

At Brown’s the talent of every individual is utilized and we are all equipped with the skills to be highly successful through a variety of career enrichment and development opportunities. It is through this career development framework that Brown’s is for the second time given the title of a Business Leader in Malta.
